The Qingdao Audition Bureau building is an existed building. In order to satisfy the demand of increasing parking lot requirement. In this site the basement already existed but the ground is not finished. The column has reserved the r-bar connection. There’s a 2.05 height difference between the ground level and the road. The total building is bout 14.5m high. According to customer only the 1^st underground floor and the 3^rd tier above ground is available to use.

Proposal: In order to make the best use of the space and reduce the total cost of ground work and equipment after comparing and optimization total lots are designed to be 96 lots.

The system is to designed to have 3 floors underground and 5 floors above ground. The entrance and the road is at the same level. The pit is 6,2 meters and above ground is less than 9.4 meters, totaling 96 lots.

The system is designed to have 5 tier puzzle system and 3 tier underground pit stacker which is controlled as one unit.

In order to achieve this customer reduced the basement ground slab and column pillar and will be provided with another steel structure floor on the top of the system.

PLANE MOVING PARKING SYSTEM

NO.9 Zhongshan Rd is the busiest business area. In the day it has large volume of shopping visitors and in the night the surrounding residents can park in the garage. So we design on the base of variety of possibilities and technical parameter. We propose the luxury plane moving parking system with double cart on elevator. Totally there are 2 sets of system, A and B with separate elevator in each garage, 2 entrances. There are robotic cart on each tier in A and B system, totally 4 sets of cart system, 150 lots with 2 elevators, 3 sets of transport apparatus. The cart doesn’t interfere each other to achieve large circulation.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

As the user almost use the system t the same time and space is limited so we design a 3D type system. The transportation apparatus move the vehicles within the same tier and the cars are parked and retrieved between different levels with the help of the apparatus and elevator.

There are totally 38 mechanical lots with one entrance and exit.

Feature:
1. The system is automatic parking system. The vehicles are transported to lots on different levels by the automatic mechanical action of elevator and robotic shuttle.

2. When parking drivers leave the car into parking room and the pallet will transport the car to designated lots.

3. PLC control

4. There’s device of over-length, over-width, over-height and over-weight detector to make sure of the suitable cars

5. During operation of the system the parking room door will be closed and vehicles are prohibited to drive in and out.

6. Fast working speed because of the separate work of elevator and shuttle.

7. No interference between zones.
